Our first bracket-style tournament asks you, dear readers, to tell us your favorite donuts on the South Coast.
We all mourned the passing of Ma’s Donuts. Since then, donuts have shown their remarkable resilience with the opening of several new donut shops in the area. We’ve gathered a Sweet Sixteen list of places that love and admire donuts like we do. Some are old, some are new, all have something to recommend them (i.e. DONUTS!!).
We hope fellow donut lovers will join in this friendly people’s choice competition, and that folks discover donut shops they didn’t even know about. One Donut Madness Champion will be crowned at the end of the month — (although they’re all winners in our book)!
Oh, and speaking of winners, we’re randomly giving two dozen donuts (from each of the semi-finalists) to one lucky participant.
